How’s the clothing sizing like?
Please order your usual American sizing and we will handle the rest. For more information on sizing, you may visit this page.
Does the clothing come with tags?
Yes, please do not worry.
Can I get a special discount for doing a big order?
Yes! All orders over $500 USD will be entitled to a 10% discount. Simply enter code HYPE500 when checking out to receive the 10% discount.
Do you guys do bulk orders?
Yes we do. Extra discounts are given for bulk purchases. Please contact us if you are keen.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards. You can choose to pay through our secure payment gateway. Our entire website is HTTPS certified.
As we take fraud and payment security very seriously, all payments will be subject to a security check. We will email you should we require any further information.
My card keeps getting declined!
Some of our international buyers might face issues trying to pay. This is easily settled as soon as you give a quick call to your bank. We do not operate from your country, so they might block the payment from going through. If you still face issues, please contact us.
Please also note that we will charge your card in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) currency. Please make sure you have more than enough balance in your card/account.
What is your returns policy?
Not happy with the size? Changed your mind? No problem! We accept returns & exchanges on all orders & items. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all of our goods worldwide. Yes, even Nigeria. We use well known international carriers that provide tracking to ensure your order gets to you securely. This tracking number will be sent to you via email when we ship your order out.
How long will shipping take?
If you have chosen standard shipping, it will take approx 7-10 business days. For express shipping, you can expect it in approx 2-5 days business once shipped.
When will my order ship?
Once your order is placed, allow us 1-3 days to pack and ship out your order. Occasionally, orders might get delayed when we experience high volume of orders coming in. We do our best to ship as soon as possible. During delays, orders can take up to 5-7 days to ship. It will be worth the wait!
How can I get my tracking number?
All packages come with a tracking number. We will email you the tracking number 1-3 business days after your package ships. Do not worry as all packages are insured and are guaranteed for.
